* High precision mold parts. Based on application of latest machining technology, the tolerance of mold parts is limited to within 5 - 10μm.

* Standardized manufacturing procedure. Examples includes: size, font, location of the part numers engraved on the plates; how big the chamfering on each plate will be; the width of the grooves for water connectors, etc.

* Years accumulation of our mold fitting workmanship is one of our key competitive techniques, and this has resulted we are in leading position in the industry in our area.

* Strict and effective management on purchased parts. All of our purchased components, standard or customed, are from those known brands and recognized supplier. And the suppliers' responsibility is expanded to covering the entire warranty peroid of a mold.

* Beautiful mold appearance is one of our basic requirements. Protective plastic/paper sheets are used on all pallets, and protective paper is used on outside surfaces of the mold plates during processing and transportation. In our eyes, a finished mold is a piece of artwork before packed for delivery and after arrived and opened in our customer's factory.
